Response to Don Norman

Design to Don Norman is not something that is useful and simple, unlike Dieter Rams. He thinks of design as an emotional idea, that should make someone feel like they want to use it, rather then just physically appreciating an item. Making an item express a positive emotion can make a person want it more then just being physically useful.
